Ryan Nisbet has today completed a permanent transfer to Glenafton Athletic.

25 year old “Nizzy” was in his second spell at Portland Park, after re-signing in June 2020 after spells at Kilwinning Rangers & Glenafton.

Former Ayr United forward Nizzy had a one-season spell at Portland Park in 2016-17, where he finished top scorer in an otherwise disappointing season for the club as we suffered relegation.

As the club witnessed a mass player exodus come the season’s end, Nizzy moved on & enjoyed two strong seasons with Kilwinning before joining Glenafton in July 2019. He returned to Portland Park the following summer, but he has found opportunities hard to come by of late & is keen to play regularly.
