Mental Health Action Plan

Mental health, particularly during and after the global pandemic, is something that has been at the forefront of everybody’s mind.

The physical health benefits of playing our national sport have been widely acknowledged; however participating in football at any level and in any capacity: playing, spectating, coaching or volunteering can also improve your mental wellbeing.

The Scottish Football Association have revealed their Mental health Action Plan, which is available to download below.
