Troon F.C. Youth Football Academy are looking to recruit highly motivated volunteer coaches to work within our Children’s and Youth Programmes.

The coaches must be enthusiastic, good communicators and have a passion for developing young footballers.

Previous coaching experience is certainly advantageous, but coach education will be provided for the right candidates.

Volunteers should be able to commit to training during the week and a game day on either a Saturday or Sunday. Training is typically held at Marr Playing Fields and games held throughout Ayrshire.
