An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and suitably qualified person to support our Coaching staff. The role will be on a voluntary basis.

Roles and Responsibilities will include:

• Attend matches as directed by the Manager & Coaching staff, scouting players & opponents using the clubs reporting structure.
• Compile and collate reports to assist with recruitment & tactical analysis.
• To assess and identify talented footballers who will match the ethos of our club.
• To work to a Club strategy on player recruitment.
• Ensure that scouting databases are kept up to date and relevant.
• Provide monthly updates within a recruitment meeting schedule.

Essential Requirements

• A dedicated individual with an eye for detail, enthusiastic and self-driven.
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work with total discretion.
• Have a good standard of knowledge of the Scottish game.
• Able to attend live matches on a regular basis
• Be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office.
• The ability to process and upload reports onto a central platform in a timely manner.
• Sound personal qualities such as communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, self-motivation, enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure.
• Full driving license (desirable)
