Troon are delighted to announce the loan signing of Andy Heaney from Ayr United.

The 18 year old midfielder, who began his career with Bonnyton Thistle Boys Club, is very highly rated at Somerset Park & joined Ayr from Bonnyton Thistle as a 14 year old, with the Honest Men fighting off interest from Kilmarnock & Celtic for the young midfield prospect.

He joins for the season to get some experience under his belt which will help him push for first-team football with David Hopkin’s men next season.

Welcome to Portland Park, Andy!
