Troon are delighted to announce the return of Mark Morrison on loan from East Kilbride til the end of the season.

Right-back Mark, who began his career with St. Mirren, put a difficult few seasons of serious injury behind him last term at Troon with a string of impressive displays in his 27 Premier Division appearances. His importance to the team was demonstrated by him wearing the armband on a number of occasions as well.

He joined ambitious Lowland League side East Kilbride in the summer but an injury in July has meant he has been very limited in his game time. As he nears a full return after surgery though, a loan spell to familiar surroundings helps everybody. Thanks to Mick & David at East Kilbride for facilitating the transfer.

Sparky is back in full training & while this weekend might be a little early for him, he is targeting a return to the pitch next Saturday against Girvan in the West of Scotland Cup match.

Everyone at Troon looks forward to welcoming Mark, Lucy & Oliver (and Frank!) back to Portland Park.
