We are delighted to announce that winger Ben Black has put pen to paper on a new deal with the club.

The 25 year old has been a stellar performer for the Seasiders this season, and he has the most appearances so far this season which demonstrates his value to the squad & his importance to Manager Jimmy Kirkwood since joining Troon from Largs Thistle in July 2021.

Equally comfortable on either flank, Ben began his “Junior” career at Irvine Meadow XI before moving on to Largs where he spent 3 seasons & reached the Scottish Junior Cup Final in 2019.

We are absolutely delighted he is continuing his stay at Portland Park.
