We are delighted to reveal that Ayr United will be visiting Portland Park to provide the opposition for Dean Keenan’s Benefit Match on Saturday 22nd July.
The concluding event of Deano’s Benefit Campaign, the match will be the showpiece and will reunite Deano and the club with which he spent 5 happy years at the perfect time to celebrate his playing career.
LEGEND’S MATCH
Unfortunately, given the weather forecast, our Chairman has made the decision to postpone the Legends Match until another date in order to concentrate on the main event in the afternoon.
We hope to announce a new date so Scott “Chappy” Chatham can lead out a Troon Legends XI against a “Deano XI” made up of former team-mates at Ayr United, Greenock Morton & favourite opponents from throughout his career.
Keep your eyes peeled for announcements of who will feature on the day!
