Troon are delighted to announce the signing of Ben Black from Largs Thistle.

An exciting forward who is capable of playing on either wing, in behind the forward or leading the line, Ben joins us after three seasons at Barrfields where he enjoyed a run to the final of the Scottish Junior Cup in 2019. He was a key player for them in those years, with 17 goals in 56 starts for the Theesel after beginning his Junior career with hometown club Irvine Meadow XI.

His direct running, pace & an eye for a goal will be a huge asset to us in the coming season, giving our front line something a little different and he is a player our management team of Jimmy Kirkwood & Dean Keenan are delighted to have on board for the new season.

Welcome to the club, Ben!
