The Scottish FA have confirmed today that all football below the Scottish Championship is to continue it’s suspension of all football activities until Sunday 14th February at the least. This will be reviewed by all parties and communicated again on Wednesday 10th February.

The WOSFL have now scrapped the previous fixture list, and will re-issue a new list once a return date is known. They have, however, announced what the opening matches will be once we are given a return date to allow for some planning, with the remaining fixtures being issued at a later date.

Our opening matches will be:

Matchday 1: Troon F.C. v Kilwinning Rangers
Matchday 2: Troon F.C. V Clydebank
Matchday 3: Troon F.C. v Blantyre Victoria
Matchday 4: Irvine Meadow XI v Troon F.C.

Games won’t start immediately after the suspension is lifted, a small “pre-season” will be scheduled before league games start up again. We can only hope that’s not too far away!
