The popular Troon take-away is FINALLY home!
After a tumultuous last 12 months (to say the very least!) Pamela Main & Kyle Smith are delighted to be opening once again at 8.30am from this morning onwards & serving the very best in take-away food.
Whether it’s a bacon roll or a granola pot for breakfast, wraps or toasties for lunch, hot dogs or burgers for dinner, the SCRAN menu is full of some mouth-watering dishes.

14 Years at Troon Railway Station
Pamela Main ran the very popular kiosk at Troon Railway Station for 14 years, before the COVID pandemic devastated the business she had poured her heart and soul into. With 80% of their customer base being commuters & workers, the national lockdown brought her business to a halt & gave it a difficult looking future. At the same time, her son Kyle was facing similar difficulties working in the hospitality sector. The two came together, and “SCRAN at The Station” was born!
The new version of the established business was a resounding success, and blossomed in the new post-lockdown era.

Devastatingly, as everyone in Troon knows, Troon Railway Station was engulfed in a raging inferno back in July & the business was left homeless as the building was razed to the ground. But out of this disaster, Pam & Kyle have sought to push on and, after a false start at Prestwick Airport, they can’t wait to get going & bring their “Junk Food Done Good” back to the people of Troon who supported their business for years.
“The comeback is always stronger than the setback!”

A brand new, custom-built 32 foot kitchen unit has been fitted within the grounds of Portland Park.
Opening hours will be 8.30am till 2pm on Mondays & 8.30am till 9pm Tuesdays – Sundays. To see their NEW Breakfast & Lunch menus, as well as their always popular Evening menu, have a look on their FACEBOOK PAGE.
And for football fans, don’t worry – the usual “football food” will still be served by us in the clubhouse on matchdays, so nothing needs to change if that’s what you’re after.

We are delighted to be able to help SCRAN return to the town at long last after such a difficult year for them.
Come on down & see what the fuss is all about!
