Everyone at Troon Football Club are shocked & saddened to hear of the passing of former Scotland Manager Craig Brown at the age of 82.

A remarkable character, with endless enthusiasm & cheer, Craig was our guest at Portland Park on a few occasions, most recently when he kindly opened our floodlights in December & he was his usual fantastic company. And we very proud to have down for the occasion.

Our thoughts are with John & the rest of family & friends at this terribly sad time.

A Scottish football legend.

And one who will be very sadly missed.

Rest in peace Craig.
