Premier Division newcomers Darvel did the near unthinkable and swept all before them to lift the inaugural WOSFL Premier Division at the first attempt. With a star studded squad, Darvel will be looking to secure promotion this time after a narrow defeat to Tranent in the Lowland League Play-Off in May.

Glenafton were another team to enjoy another season of two-halves, the appointment of former Troon players Ryan Stevenson & Mark Roberts sparking a remarkable end of season turn of form taking the Glens from relegation certainties to 12th position & safety.
A busy summer & the Glens will expect to be fighting up the top of the table this coming season.
Hurlford United

Hurlford began the season with many bizarrely tipping them for relegation, but wily campaigner Darren Henderson took great delight in guiding the Blair Park side to a comfortable top 6 finish in one of the most competitive top flights ever.
On top of that, Hurlford secured history when they were the first ever winners of the West of Scotland Cup with a win over Kilwinning Rangers in June.
Irvine Meadow XI
Co-Managers: Colin Spence & James Latta
Nickname: Medda
Ground: Meadow Park
Capacity: 5,200 (700 seated)

A mixed season last time out for Medda, with some very strong performances & results tinged with some disappointments. Expectation from the home faithful makes every season a daunting one, but next term has the feeling of an important one for Spence & Latta.
