Troon F.C. are looking to expand our media team for our inaugural season in the new West of Scotland Football League.

Video camera operator

We are on the lookout for a video camera operator to record first team matches, as well as some Development Team matches.

The position would ideally suit an individual in the early years of studying media who is looking to expand their experience, but we are keen to speak to anyone who thinks they have the right skills.

We wish to record our matches for our new website, YouTube & social media channels, and also to give to our coaching staff for match analysis. The videos will need to be edited & produced in a short turnaround time, with the aim to release highlights within a few days.

Match Photographer

We are also on the lookout for a photographer to cover matchdays.

The position would ideally suit an individual in the early years of studying media or photography, or someone who has a keen interest as a hobby who is looking to expand their experience.

We are looking for match day action shots and still profile pictures of all our players. These pictures will be displayed on our website, social media & may feature in local newspapers.

Joining our media team is an excellent opportunity to gain some vital experience for your C.V. and get your name out there, or just simply to do something you enjoy while watching football.
